Labor Day we hiked to Punch Bowl Falls in the Columbia River Gorge. It was beautiful! It was a 2 1/2 mile hike one way, Waklee was a trooper and Reese loved being outdoors. Part of the the trail was narrow and along a cliff. We were lecturing Waklee on holding our hand and being careful or we wouldn't be seeing her for a long time. Waklee
said, "Not until Christmas?" I asked her why she was worried about Christmas and she said that she likes Christmas because she gets to see her Idaho Family. Cute.
